Choose Your Level of Access
All plans enter through Pulse first. Your tier controls how much access, visibility, curation, and handled support you unlock across the platform.
No. iTRUEMATCH is a curated relationship, creator, and premium access ecosystem. Matching is one part of the product, but members can also explore creator experiences, premium layers, and deeper forms of access inside the platform.
How do access levels work?
+
Your membership tier controls how much of the ecosystem you can access. Free gets you into the network, Plus improves discovery and control, Elite unlocks more premium access, and Concierge adds a higher-touch managed layer.
Are all premium features included in my plan?
+
Not always. Some parts of iTM work as separate access layers, such as creator unlocks, application-based premium surfaces, or future feature-level upgrades. Your membership gives you platform access, while some experiences may require a separate unlock or approval.
What happens after I sign up?
+
After signup, you enter iTrueMatch Pulse — your main dashboard. From there, you can open Dating, apply for Premium Society, explore the public feed, access Concierge if eligible, and view your current platform status.
Can I cancel anytime?
+
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel a paid membership, your premium access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
